Natalie Schofield – Founder & President

Natalie is a strategic leader with a passion for helping mission-driven businesses grow with clarity and purpose. With dual bachelor's degrees in Business Administration (Marketing) and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, she brings both analytical expertise and deep understanding of what motivates people to every client relationship.

With over 15 years of experience in digital marketing, project management, and team leadership, Natalie founded Shine Digital Services to provide businesses and ministries with marketing guidance rooted in integrity, innovation, and excellence. She specializes in Fractional CMO strategy, coaching Christian entrepreneurs, and building brands that reflect their mission.

Natalie's approach centers on listening deeply, building trust through education, and creating strategies that deliver measurable growth. Whether leading a CMO engagement, coaching entrepreneurs through marketing challenges, or overseeing execution, she's committed to serving clients with transparency and excellence.

In her spare time, Natalie enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons and serving in and through the Church in as many ways as possible.
